2 Batons Music Enterprises LLC helps music organizations, professionals, and enthusiasts overcome hurdles and achieve their goals in music by delivering expert music conducting, consulting, coaching, arts administration services, Spanish composer and artist promotion, sheet music and resources publication and distribution, events, and more.
We create meaningful opportunities for growth, build and strengthen communities in and through music, and invest in community and industry thought-exchange. By bridging artistry and administration, we help nonprofit music organizations, professional musicians, ensembles, and music aficionados when they need it most. Success and career coaching and resources intersect for musicians to gain personal and professional development skills, secure a strong foundation, and to build on networks.

The brainchild of husband and wife team Dr. Juan Gallastegui and Dr. JoAnna Cochenet is what they bring to you as 2 Batons Music Enterprises, LLC.
The 2 Batons (2BME) team brings you its namesake—two conductors—and lifelong musicians with a wide-range of individual experiences combined into a formidable force to create impactful contributions to individuals, organizations, and communities alike through the power of music, practical experience, relationships, intellect, skill, a passion for continuous learning, and a dash of humor.
