Single sessions for either consulting or coaching are available when you most need them for short-term needs! One-on-One consulting or coaching sessions are available at the individual rate and up to four at a time. Rates are negotiable for boards seeking this service option.
These are great for quick-help sessions, a check-in on progress, bouncing ideas off for support, an extra eye on your situation or materials, seeking additional resources, or as a trial before committing to a longer arrangement. Additional sessions can be added upon completion.

If you are looking for outsourced or extra hands-on assistance and/or coaching and consulting guidance on your project(s), additional research, or you need other resources that we may have that you do not have or have time to seek out, we can do this with and/or for you in this VIP Day option.
We must first agree on the terms, timeline, and scope of the work. This includes how much or little our client will be a part of the project themselves, if at all, and to what degree we will be the ones guiding the project. Due to the nature of ongoing consulting and project-work availability, there are no follow-up reports for this option.
The booking for this is for your one VIP Day (although you can reserve as many as you need!). This option begins at $600+ for individuals, and are negotiable for boards seeking this option.

As a valuable investment on your personal and professional growth or services that you also may be providing, the retainer option might be a good option for you. This is especially good for long-term or bigger projects and/or if you need a lot of spot-checking as you go along.
In this option, we do not need to worry or stress about how much or little time we have together, and can meet as much as you may need for your project or goals around our schedules. This reserves more time for you in our schedule as your consultant, prioritizing your needs.
We will make every effort to reasonably accommodate your schedule and communications (phone, Zoom, email, live chat, text, etc) throughout each month as much as you need (aside from midnight/early-morning times, other appointment conflicts, etc) without us being concerned about times, lengths, fees, and project scope, etc.
The retainer rate depends on the project size and scope, but begins at the minimum of $1750+/month for individuals, and are negotiable for boards seeking this service.

For our high-profile and/or high-needs clients and for boards, this program has limited availability so that we can give you personalized attention and priority. The program includes and goes beyond a retainer service in that we are also available to do some or all of the work for you, and/or that we can assist and support you every step of the way if needed, during our time together. If you are looking for outsourced or extra hands-on assistance and/or guidance on your project(s), additional research, or you need other resources that we may have that you do not have or have time to seek out, we will do this for you in this VIP Premium Consulting Program.
We must first agree on the terms, timeline, and scope of the work. This includes how much or little our client will be a part of the project themselves, if at all, and to what degree we will be the ones guiding the project. Due to the nature of ongoing consulting and project-work availability, follow-up reports beyond the first and last ones are available only upon request.
The VIP Program comes with quick video and messaging or regular email access from one of us. This means we will continually update you on the progress from week to week or every few days between any sessions for consulting work, or be available for other communications or questions either of us may have together so we can both stay well-briefed of the task progress and project development.
The minimum booking for this is set at one month, regardless of size of the project, and begins at $5,000 for individuals, and are negotiable for boards seeking this option.

2-3 Day Retreat Workshop*
This is a great opportunity for music professionals, educators, and aficionados, and individual board members who have busy schedules and/or important upcoming engagements that need dire focus, attention and clarity, and/or preparation or consulting/coaching.
The retreat is specially designed and balanced for one-on-one client assistance depending on the situation and needs. As an activity of the 2 Batons Music Enterprises, LLC, the retreats also have the ability to include a guest session from the other corresponding Director/Consultant, with the potential for other guests.
Examples of topics that can be addressed during retreats are: materials preparations, conducting skills, score selections or study, podium preparation/addressing audiences and/or speaking and confidence-building, career mentoring, rehearsal technique enhancements, music programming, music analyses, music education quandaries, general music and/or audition skills or preparations, composer-conductor relationship development, board projects and responsibilities, etc.

The retreat-option also has an option for 2 to 4+ people total who have similar interests and needs and agree to be consulted and coached as a group throughout the duration of the workshop-style retreat. These are typically people who already know each other and come as a group wishing to pursue the retreat, but are also open to groups of those who do not, pending interest.
If interested in a Small-Group Cohort package, or for a Large Group Cohort (5+ attendees), please inquire to discuss options.
Fees are adjusted to accommodate more people and will depend on the group needs (e. g. In some cases, groups will not need the individual live or follow-up feedback, and in other cases, they may). Group packages can be specially crafted to accommodate your needs. This can also include combining small-group cohort sessions with one-on-one sessions.

As our newest options at 2 Batons, we have added the half-day and full-day retreats for individuals and small cohorts! These options are modifiable in our retreat template based on your needs, are scheduled on a mutually arranged date, and include small breaks between sessions.
A minimum of 2-weeks in advance is requested to reserve a retreat.

Deep-Diving Retreats

Feedback on particular documents (resumes, concert programs, biographies, essays or papers, some project video or audio, theory homework/worksheet check, other kinds of music projects, board documents) without a one-on-one session time.
Feedback can be done verbally (audio), via video and drawing points with the document, (if applicable or helpful), or in written form. Rates for this option vary depending on scope of the project and deadlines.
A minimum of 72 hours is needed ahead of your personal deadline in order to book this option (if you have other deadlines that apply, please plan accordingly and request as early as you can), and a minimum of 72 hours is needed to allow time to assess the project itself and return a reasonable amount and type of feedback. Longer or bigger projects may require more time.

Great for the busy musician or music educator who doesn’t have time to regularly attend workshops or attend longer workshops, these options can be requested separately from one-on-one consulting and coaching options, following a preliminary situational appraisal.
If you are looking for any or specific feedback (written/verbal) on your conducting and/or rehearsal process and other related checkpoints, observations and/or workshopped (real-time workshop-style coaching) options are available.
If you don’t have time to meet separately or mutually, with this option, you can opt to send us a recording for review. You will receive your feedback within a week (7 days).
This option can also be arranged back to back, prior to and/or following a separate one-on-one session (the applicable separate costs apply). This option is also great for presentation preparation.
