What’s the difference between consultation and coaching?

If you’re not sure which is right for you, they tend to be very similar but will be guided depending on what you are looking for or need based on your individual situation. Reach out and we can help!

You need some direction, are feeling stuck, or have goals you want to pursue or prepare but need extra guidance, an extra eye, industry specialist advice, etc.

Consulting

You know or have an idea of what it is you need help with (or perhaps not, and first need the guidance before implementation) and want to work on it right away under guidance.

Coaching

There are many untold benefits of reaching out to mentors, and some of them may not even be listed here for you! What’s important to you?

Benefits

Our music consulting and coaching support is available alike for experts, educators, amateurs and avid aficionados, those in-training or up-and-coming, benefactors and small organization leaders looking to make an impact on others, and for those high achievers who are simply looking to improve and enhance their world of music or looking to share it with others.

However, this is not exactly for everyone—It is for someone who is willing and ready to learn, go behind the scenes to do the work, has their sights on meaningful application, and sees value  in what we do as it applies to their own journey of success.

Who is this for?

Our particular angles primarily (but not only) comes from conductors and the orchestral and band/winds worlds, so those involved in related areas will likely find a deep connection and strong benefit. However, many of the topics are cross-transferable to other areas and are worth investigating before turning away the opportunity to talk about it together first.

We especially may be a great fit for:
