Cancellation/Refund/Return/Exchange Policy: While we hope you are satisfied with your product, we understand that some things occasionally do happen. If there is a problem with the order such as a manufacturing error or damaged item, or if the order hasn't arrived after five business days have passed from the order's estimated delivery date, we can help process a reprint or refund with the manufacturing company within their policies for the product. Customers are responsible for shipping fees for the order and for any refund shipping. We are not able to refund shipping fees once the order has been processed.

If you should need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after ordering, as once the order is processed and fulfilled via the manufacturer’s production timeline, a cancellation for product and shipping is no longer possible. Beyond this or for any other reason, we cannot accept and process other types of refunds, exchanges, and returns at this time outside of this policy. We do not offer store credit. We are not able to offer refunds, returns, and exchanges for greeting cards and post cards.

Make sure to contact us through our email or our webform within 7 calendar days of receiving (or not receiving) the order to allow processing time to file a claim, and allow 24-48 hours for a response and communication from us, and up to 30 days for the manufacturer to process the claim for the refund or exchange.

We are not able to refund, return, or exchange digital products. If there is an issue with any downloaded music file or a missing or illegible part, please let us know so we can do our best to help with this. Please contact us through email or the Contact form.

Please note that market rates change often for production and shipping, and that we may occasionally update pricing on our stores to reflect this accordingly.
