Music study is a lot of work, and it is ongoing. This is especially true as you start building routines for yourself, or wish to make sure you keep track of each task in developing your musicianship so that something doesn’t get left out, or that you get the extra focus on particular tasks where you want them.
For checklist lovers, here is a basic Excel Template to keep track of the things you wish to cover each month. See your progress and see where your gaps are. The template version is available for you to adjust what is applicable to you and your musicianship study, whether it be languages, a specific area of technique, run-throughs, memorization, or something entirely unrelated to music, this checklist is a succinct way to track your progress!
